Taiwan is the main hot sport between the USA and China.
Taiwan said four Chinese J-16 fighter jets, six H-6 bombers, and one anti-submarine aircraft had entered its “air defense identification zone” on Saturday. On Sunday, after the US statement, an even larger group of 15 Chinese military aircraft including 12 fighters harassed the country’s air defenses, according to Taiwan’s defense ministry.
As I mentioned several times, TSMC is important for China. In addition, the South China Sea is one of the most important economic and environmental regions in the world. More than half of the world’s fishing vessels are in the South China Sea. One-third of the world’s maritime shipping passes through it, carrying over US$3 trillion in trade each year. Huge oil and natural gas reserves are believed to lie beneath its seabed.
We have to closely follow the relationship between Australia and China, with of course what will happen for Taiwan.
